Kirill Liubimov (Kirr)
Kirr is a DJ and music producer originally from Russia, currently based in Bali, Indonesia. His style combines melody, groove, and vibrant energy, naturally blending the sounds of contemporary house music.
His musical journey began during his school years, balancing exam preparation with performances at parties in his hometown. His passion for DJing soon evolved into a desire to produce his own music. His first wave of releases gained support from underground communities, while he simultaneously launched a YouTube channel documenting a road trip across Europe, featuring live sets on the streets, in clubs, and on festival stages. A defining moment in this journey was his performance at the iconic Sunset Ashram in Ibiza.
Inspired by that experience, Kirr moved to Berlin, one of the world's leading electronic music capitals, where he continued to evolve as an artist, performed at new venues, released new music, and further developed his unique sound. Later, upon returning to Moscow, he focused on studio production and refining his musical identity.
In 2021, Kirr moved to Bali, an island that soon became his second home. It was there that he began a creative partnership with DJ Belyi, leading to a series of successful releases.
Their track Good Karma, released on MoBlack Records, received widespread support and reached top positions in the charts. Another successful release, Tabalear, came out on Glasgow Underground. The track remained in the charts for an extended period and was later featured in Beatport’s Best Tracks of the Year list.
Alongside these collaborations, Kirr continues to develop his solo career. His music has been released on Modana Records and Paradiso Records and is recognized for its emotional depth, thoughtful structure, and balance between dancefloor energy and musical sophistication.
Today, the duo continues to develop their sound from their studio in Bali. Belyi & Kirr have become well known on the island for promoting high-quality electronic music, with their sets regularly heard at Savaya, Desa, Echo Beach Sunset Point, and The Shady Pig.
Today, Kirr and Belyi are focused on studio production, driven by a clear vision: to bring their distinctive sound to the global stage, transcend genre boundaries, and shape a new musical language.
